Dolphin - video for 300$!! Does anyone know if there is something new here?

I find that downloading their videos (using Free Download Manager) then playing them in VLC lets me crank up the volume substantially using the mouse wheel. That helps make them more intelligible.

Dumb question about Toshiba 2.5" PCB Boards

I forget the size but have never had a problem using a Wiha Philips screw driver. Maybe they are a better fit.

PCB compatibility

See HDDOracle.com for fzabkar's tutorials on analyzing ROMs. I have no idea why you are having problems finding the WWN value in ROM dumps. What are you using to read and save ROMs? To be clear, it's the ROM.bin file you are searching with a hex editor?

Dust particle Measuring Device

Measured my clean chamber today with my new-to-me Dylos D1100 Pro and the count reduces to zero within half a minute or so as it samples enough air to change the ambient reading.

Hi David. Yeah, haven't been very active in forums lately for no particular reason. Other than being bored out of our minds here, we're fine, thanks. :)

WD- The screw is stuck

Perhaps keep the spindle from rotating by inserting Bent Snap Ring Pliers into holes where you managed to remove screws, then try with a better-fitting screwdriver.

Lacie USB-C portable 2TB drive -- how to open case?

Marketing, I expect. It's built like a tank and appears impenetrable, so it must be more secure.

Lacie USB-C portable 2TB drive -- how to open case?

The answer is, to cut through the lid just inside the case edge, using a Dremel tool, and carefully pry it open.

Lacie USB-C portable 2TB drive -- how to open case?

I tried using my iSesamo spudger, which has a knife-like pointed end, but it will damage the aluminum plate insert or container if I get any more forceful with it. I've asked the customer if he minds me damaging the case, so will update if he says no problem.
