then there is short there
remove it
remove excess solder if needed
use a bit flux
put it place
use a hot air gun (DO NOT PRESS IT DOWN, the short was caused by pressing it down)

I'm sorry but this is not a terminal log
to get A terminal log in PC3K you either enter the utility BEFORE powering on the drive
or power off/on the drive AGAIN after you entered the utility

not A long time ago I've faced the same problem although the measurements taken directly from the PSU AND the SATA/molex via PC3K was showing normal voltage ACE insisted that the problem is PSU and asked me to try out another PSU I've obeyed to what they said (even it didn't make sense) and bam ever...
