Recover linux partition after whole disk formatted?

I have meet a WD HDD also has TRIM function. USB WD10SMZW 11Y0TS0 User deleted partition. And All data gone. Kinda nightmare. I couldn't find anything in disk with my knowledge 20191010_191305.jpg According to Western Digital TRIM/UNMAP is supported in the external versions of their SMR drives.

Im struggling to find a donor drive for this. Ive been through all the ones Ive got in stock and none have a pre amp code anywhere near whats needed. I need a B6 04 pre amp and the closest I've got is a B6 64. It did ID the drive for a moment and then it gave up doing anything else, thats the close...

Pls Patch This sys 93 of ST2000LM007-1R8174-SBK2

ST2000LM007 requires different solutions than previous Seagate models. You should avoid disabling media cache and almost never rebuild the translator or you could lose a lot of data. Proceed with caution. Some of the others here offer remote support so maybe they can assist you.

Like Jared said, this is probably not a worst case recovery and will most likely cost less than $500 to recover. Obviously diagnosing a hard drive failure on a forum has limitations and you won't know for sure until it's examined by a professional.

WD HDD Head Swap Experiences

The first picture looks good, I would try it. Some will tell you the DCM (T2 and TJ) should match but we typically ignore the DCM on WD10JMVW drives. The AJG in the model and the close date makes it worth a try in my opinion.
