Seagate 9HV 144 300

Hello,
Does anyone know if this Seagate 9HV 144 037 hard drive is the same as the Seagate 9HV 144 300 which came out of my Lenovo W520 Thinkpad laptop.
Is there any difference between them and would it be suitable to swap them over. The reason being I knocked a full glass of water over the keypad and I need to take it in for repair without my orirginal hard drive. As the computer is dead.
Thank you.
Geoff.

I don't believe that's the correct model number but they don't need the hard drive to test and repair the laptop. They can just use a Windows PE (Windows on a DVD or USB flash drive) and it should run okay, once the motherboard is repaired. Depending on what got soaked, it may be a total waste of time, as liquid spill damage is often not reliably repairable. Random problems often return like a zombie.
