Hi,
I was running Windows 10 on this drive and on the last bootup it had the black screen with the white circle.
It wouldn't boot into windows and I tried to recreate the Windows boot files to no avail.

I searched and followed the instructions on this page: https://triplescomputers.com/blog/casestudies/repair-a-corrupted-efiuefi-boot-sector-and-bcd/
Afterwards I saw all my files had gone on this drive. I used EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard and Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery to scan for files and they found nothing.

How can I recover my files?

When you followed this line here you nuked all hope of recovery:

Code:
DISKPART> format quick fs=fat32

Your formatted an SSD. Since SSDs use a technology called T.R.I.M. to zero fill unused sectors and prepare them for new data, even a quick format will foil all hope of recovery.

I'm afraid now even professional services won't be able to get back your data.

The time to ask data recovery advice is before you attempt DIY, not afterward.

It never hurts to scan the SSD with some data recovery software, but don't be surprised if nothing is found. Pretty typical if T.R.I.M. is working correctly.
