How did you ever make out with this case? Did you confirm the SATA PCB that worked for it?

I'm just trying to keep the list updated.

Let't me ask...

I have a BF41-00300A board for the Samsumg Portable S2 but I can't find this board in Brasil... if I swap the board for the BF41-00306A I will get my data back??? Or there are something else???

The USB pin broke and I really need to recover the data inside the HDD.

I appreciate the help.

It's not gonna 'just work'. You have to transfer the ROM chip to the compatible SATA board, and hope there's no firmware issues.

Actually, Samsung drives don't store much of any adaptives in ROM. So if you find one that' the same FW version it'll likely just work. However, if it's a different FW version you'll need to transfer the ROM chip as Bankole brought out.
