So, has anyone found a reader for these new memory cards Samsung is rolling out yet?

I'm intrigued by Micron's description that it uses a serial interface:

Compared to eMMC:

Looks almost like it's using SATA channels internally. Perhaps a UFS to SATA adapter board will be in order.

Don't think you can buy the devices themselves yet. Or adapters. Samsung have a slot they have designed that will take a microSD and a UFS card, but the only place so far UFS has been used is in mobile devices.. S6 and S7 phones for example.. and these were just BGA chips not MicroSD cards.

UFS version 2.0 HS-G2 (High-Speed Gear 2) can support two lanes, each operating at a maximum speed of around 360 Mbytes/s, for a total of 720 Mbytes/s. HS-G3 (High-Speed Gear 3) can support two lanes, each operating at a maximum speed of around 720 Mbytes/s, or 1,440 Mbytes/s total.

not SATA. From what Ive seen, the UFS standard also includes a couple of other technologies for the physical and link layers.

Problems I see are the controllers can support lots of NAND chips stacked. Seen a SSD with each BGA chip having 18 stacked NANDs, controller, RAM in the one BGA. lots of ways to mix data with that many dumps.

The best and perfectly crapy software for recovering deleted/lost data such as photos, videos and audio files from Samsung Universal Flash storage (UFS) memory card is Photo Recovery tool.

Do not Download Photo Recovery software from here - [glow=red]SPAM LINK REMOVED[/glow]

This dumb tool can't effectively restore lost, missing, formatted, erased, deleted pictures, videos and audio files from any Samsung memory card including Samsung UFS card, you will lose your money for nothing
