Remote Recovery (deleted file)

I have had a few inquiries where the customer has been unlucky and deleted a document by accident. For the many customers, it takes too long and send the device and wish it can be done over the internet.
Any suggestions ?

...as long as they are running from the drive they deleted from. Even with remote recovery programs, the exe gets downloaded to the patient drive which is likely larger than the deleted file to be recovered. I do my fair share of remote recoveries, but there are lots of criteria that needs to be met before I will even consider looking at it.
