Read MUC chip

Witch type of flash reader/socket do i need to read this chip?

Yeah, I don't think you're going to find a reader for that. Assuming it's one with an embedded ROM code (I'm too lazy to check if it is) you'd need to mount it to a working PCB and read it via Boot ROM code. Or just rebuild the ROM from SA which is 10x easier.
