Qnap TS469 Recovery after Reset

I have a case Qnap 4 drives , (customer says Raid5)
3TBx4 Drives (Says there is 9 TB capacity)
Axcidentaly resetted and writed some data over on it after reset.
Its working good. But new data around 500 gb after reset.

I have cloned all 4 disks to 4TBx4 drives
%100 and there were no bad sector.
They don't allow to use Qnap device.

I have never worked on Raid and Nas.

Chcked drives in Hex
1 and 2nd drive look same
3 and 4th drives look same
Data look not encrypted.
He need whatever we recover in this drive. So it was working automaticaly backing up day bay day, New data comes after 6 days period. They could see 6 days data before reset

Tried with Rstudio, UFS DMDE. But couldnt go far. I could find some small files . But couldnt rebuild as in Qnap device.
Its Urgent case. Could be remoote support if anyone wana help

I need advices

News about this case . What a strange case.

Sabotage hacker scenario now.
Raid Qnap NAS Raid5 resetted by hacker. And he set up Raid10 ( another person who working to solve issue also find that with linux commands.)
After then he write a 600 Gb file in Raid10. after then send a mail says your drive encrypted.

I have looked in 4 hdd data with hex editor. There are so many unecrypted data in 9 Gb' . lots of data still unecrypted. ( We still couldn't rebuild Raid5)
I have never worked with raid. Folder structure less important. We trying to find some database files .

I need advice according to new info. Thanks

These two sentences are incompatible with each other. Database files are very often going to be fragmented because they tend to grow as they are used. It's pretty unlikely you'll rescue it by file carving if you can't get any file system structure found.

I have closed case.
Some small files available raw recovery. But there is no file structure.. Its same as lost P list a single hdd case.

Customer have changed 1st HDD 1 month ago. And it was in my hand also. but there is no chance I guess.
What stupid case. lol.
Closed for me
