Living in a tiny apartment

I just moved into a second-floor walkup that has zero soundproofing. I tried doing jumping jacks yesterday and my downstairs neighbor banged on the ceiling with a broom handle instantly. I need to lose about 15 pounds for my sister's wedding, but I can't afford a gym membership right now. Are there any "silent" cardio routines that actually burn calories, or am I stuck doing yoga forever?

Low-impact HIIT is going to be your best friend. Search for "apartment friendly workouts" on YouTube. Focus on moves like squats, lunges, and standing abs where your feet never leave the floor. You can get your heart rate up insanely high just by moving fast without ever jumping or stomping.
