Platter swap tool

I have it too and think it's excellent. Clean, precisely manufactured, and non-magnetic. But it's not a "platter swap tool". It's more of a temporary platter repository.
I use it mostly for holding and cleaning platters on multiple-platter drives.
As Luke stated, the "extractor" uses standard 3M double-sided tape and leaves plenty of residue. I use Apex's vacuum platter tool to move platters around instead.

Hi Sam

That's what I was afraid of, the residues...
Better not to mess with it then.
Thanks
