New WD, anyone has schematic?

Wed Jan 16, 2019 1:23 pm

Hi all
I'll try to make it short
I have this new WD. There is power to the pcb but the motor not spinning.
I have 1.8v on the bios chip. It should be 3.3 volts.
Anyone has schematic? please let me know. No, I don't have similar board
EDIT: it is the correct voltage

Thanks in advanced

I've never yet in my career seen a schematic for a single HDD PCB. I don't think they make those public or anything.

By the way, you don't have to use imgur here, you can attach pictures directly to the posts.

Ok Jared thank you.
I manged to repair the board, one bad resistor.
I think someone opened before 1 screw missing. I loaded the drive once with Raw partition and smart reported no errors.
still no data :(

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, The case was solved by bypassing a resistor that goes to the motor.
