Something doesn't add up from one hand the log suggest nothing is wrong, CTRL + r is fine, from the other hand you say r028 gets you retry exceed error
Have you getting somting by V1 ?

Perhaps it's just a simple translator regeneration that it needs.... worth a try.

Though personally I'd prefer to get it on a PC-3000 and run some better tests first.

exactly, ISTM the only thing will have to do using PC3K will be.... open new task in DE... and... start cloning.
maybe just maybe a refresh of HDD ID, and ... start cloning

I think you can basically accomplish that by leaving the power connected for a few minutes, then just pull the SATA and put it back in. Maybe it's just a slow responder.

Somehow I have managed to get Data Back

1. r028 ==> only 32KB & r028,3,1 ==> 156KB but file size is 598KB then i added bytes to get 598KB (See the attachments) and written that in copy 0
and copy 1

2. r135 ==> only 5KB but file size is 13KB. I ripped frm another hdd that r135 and written it in Copy 0

3. After re-powered hdd i got some processRW errors

Now the hdd is detected and all sectors accessible and data ~ 290GB recovered without any problems.

Note:

Before writing sysfile 28, i tried many times m0,6,3,,,,,22 got success but hdd not detected. After replacing sysfile 28 only my goal achieved

So, it was translator after all

I wonder why you didn't get SIM Error and No HOST FIS-ReadyStatusFlags in terminal log in the first place
moreover why V1 command was giving you output you have provided above, it would have giving you a diff result.

Probably the way your tool handles read error (I think using PC3K of both copies with ignore read error you would have able to came out with one good copy, (but, will never know, ha ?!))
