So either you posted the wrong ROM code, or that drive has been sabotaged.

No worries, you actually just gave me a new research project since I don't know how to pull the preamp directly from ROM on this specific one. Trying to figure that out now.

Edit: actually I do have a method for this one... I was just mistakenly thinking it would have 4+ heads, not two (because I was thinking Grenada in my mind).
