Need Resources for WD30EZRX-00DC0B0

I'm looking for complete resources for this drive:

Family: Diablo3D
Model: WD30EZRX-00DC0B0
Consolidated ROM: 0004005M
Firmware Version: 00040050

Need to replace a number of damaged modules. I can probably get by if the ROM version is different as long as the model and FW version are the same.

Do you have access to the SA? If yes, can you regenerate native ROM from mod #109?
