You probably have ver. 6.0x or below

I don't have the last one they released this days. It's 6.0.16.
This only works on the last version?

they did not even update my update box i had to tell them to do it ,If your TS is Active Tell Them To Do It

That is the way haw they work. You send request, they check your status and upload new versions.
It is same with me.
