Hi! I've got the exactly same situation. USB drive spins but is not detected (led doesn't light). It seems there's something hot on the board, near the connector. Board number is 100760718 REV. C, drive is an Seagate ST1000LM025 PN: HN-M101ABB/ESA 1TB F/W: 2BA30003 from 05/2016. I'm in search...
