Yes i did system shut down as was instructed by the third party. And also regarding the use of the disk since deletion, the moment i got the data back, i started using the disk.
Though i don't understand all the technical terms(you guys are technical experts on this)...

@Joep: I am attaching the files. Both the original one and the one with a .IdXXXXX attached to it. Third party told me all original files can be very well opened.
