I am using tweezers with a paper clip. When i do it it clicks and nocks it sounds weird i press control z but nothing happens maybe is the timing i will probably record myself, but ive been trying all day and nothing. Any of you guys have a ST2000DL001 model to see what a normal terminal looks...

Thanks Jared for the information provided, lets hope other users post what they use here, since everybody runs a DR company basically everyone needs the same thing in theory but... everybody manage their business differently handling process and ticket system. Lets see what other users use.
