    HI I have this drive which had bad head 2 WDC WD10JMVW-11AJGS2. I cleaned platter and there was no visiable debris or dust. I swapped head 3 times but still head 2 which care 90% of data cannot read any data. Is it possible that magnetic fill on platter is too weak or I am missing something...
