Thanks jared, seeing that I've already got the new G003250A board, I will try and transfer both IC602 and IC606 chips to the new board. Thanks everyone for your comments and help.

jared, no it wasn't dropped, but there was damage to the connector. I got someone to re-solder the damaged one back on but all I got was the white power light. No access to files.

Thanks for the replies and comments. What if I took the female connector off the new PCB, and re-soldered it onto the old board ? Would that work ?

Hello everyone, here's my issue. The female part of the usb came off the board while trying to connect, so I ordered and received a new PCB. I've been told thru online research to swap 2 chips from the old board to the new one. IC602 and IC606. My question is, would I have to swap any chips to...
