Now only does it click 10 times, but it does it in a pattern. clicks 6 times *pause* click 2 times *pause* clicks 2 times then spins down. If you disconnect and reconnect the power, it does the exact same thing every single time. It's a 1TB WD My Passport Ultra WDBZFP001BBK-03
