When you create new threads now, you'll notice a box labeled "URL:" just under where you enter the subject. If you leave it blank, it'll autofill it with the post title, or you can create a more SEO friendly version by typing in a search phrase related to the post. E.G. you can type in "read-bad-sectors-from-seagate" and you'll end up with a URL like: "data-medics.com/forum/read-bad-sectors-from-seagate88.html". Or whatever you want to set it to.
For most stuff it's fine to just leave it blank, but if you want to add a search phrase or keyword anchor URL go right ahead. I figure it might be helpful if you want to post tutorials here to help people find them.
