No strange noise, and this is terminal, any advise ?

This is old Seagate F drive not F3.
And I have access F level, IUs there any useful command like m0,2,2,,,,,22 for this drives?

Unfortunately I only have mrt, I have to see if im able to simulate PC3K method In mrt
