Hey. I'm looking for a pinout on such a flash drive. I would be grateful for the help.

It is a fairly common BGA NAND chip that should read in a LGA/TLGA-52/60 adapter supplied with most flash recovery hardware. What recovery tools do you have available?

I have a PC-3000 flash 4 version with a set of adapters, but I could not connect via tLga 52.

Try using some solder wick and flux and clean those contacts until they look like copper. Then try again.

Hello again. How I could figure out this chip could be like this: LGA70 SKhynix NAND Flash
Body used LGA70 SKhynix NAND Flash. Who knows the chip pinout? help me please.

Like Luke already told you, it's probably just LGA60 which you should have the adapter for. Don't mind the fact that it has three extra pads at each end, those are probably just unused or grounded out contacts.

I really think your issue is just that excess solder left behind on the pads preventing them all from making contact. If you just clean them better it might work.
