how to identify chip 1,2,3 ?

Mark them 1,2,3,4 :)
All kidding aside, the PCB might be labeled U21, U22, U23, U24 or similar. But that may not matter because tools like Flash extractor have their own numbering system as seen here. Once you read the chips you should be able to change the order in most tools.

Always mark them before removal though, just in case your only option for recovery is using a donor. You might consider marking them and then take pictures before removal.
