How much are this files damaged

Hello, I accidentally corrupted my drive and want to know how much are the files damaged after doing the following:

First I used gparted to delete the partitions and formated them with the clean format.
Then I used testdisk to recover 2 partitions but when I tried to mount them they appeared damaged, then I used fsck to fix one of those partitions without success and the last thing I used fsck with the superblock option that didn't work. All this from a live cd

Do you think that files are damaged from what I did?
Thanks

When you used this "clean" format, are you talking about a format that took less than a minute or a format that took hours?

Yes it was in less than a minute a fast format, nothing of what I did took more than a minute.

So, in that case, it just created new file system metadata. It's beyond just "fixing" or repairing the file system. You'll need to use actual data recovery software now.

What format was the partition?
