Jared you read my mind. I've come to that same conclusion and have started working on a separate DBA for data recovery only. I believe when you are a computer repair shop and say you do data recovery also the customer gets it in their mind that the rates are similar. They don't understand it's a whole different ballgame and expect it to be cheaper rates, more like computer repair. Until I tell them what I charge for it. No sale most of the time. But they are consumers mostly residential that I service - that really isn't the right target client for real data recovery most of the time. I need to run ads for data recovery only under a different DBA and still use my location but maybe make some signage for data recovery instead of just computer repair and data recovery. That does seem to cheapen it and unfortunately that's what I've been doing. Thanks for that insight!
