i just watched an interesting experiment on youtube want to share

Short experiment that explains why the Vendors want to fill modern Hard Drive Disks with helium. he run the spindle at constant RPMs with hobby motor and servo tester, observing the current consumption from power supply. Then he enrich the internal atmosphere of HDD with nitrogen as a reference, R123a refrigerant as a heavy gas and helium as a light gas. Obviously, it takes less power when the helium is inside. Also one can note the how the "pitch of the noise" changes in different gases.

the question here , is that helium HDD's will add an obstacles in Data Recovery World ..!
