PC-3000 plus a few years of professional data recovery experience.

Seriously, if you don't know what a ROM code is, you've got no business even attempting a head stack assembly transplant. It will fail and you'll only have driven up the cost of professional recovery afterward.

Just physically changing the heads might look easy enough, but doing it without killing the heads is not actually so easy. And, getting the drive to work afterward usually requires equipment like PC-3000 to stabilize and read it.
