Formatted SSD by mistake, with windows reinstall

I formatted my Samsung pm951 SSD by mistake. It was in a Levovo 710s laptop.

It got some sort of boot sector virus, and then the Lenovo OneKey program offered a restore. I agreed, then realized that it had formatted the drive.
It possibly reinstalled windows 10 on it; it asked to select a language for Win10 installer. Is the data recoverable?

Probably not. SSDs use a command set called T.R.I.M. which will zero-fill sectors after data is deleted or a drive is formatted. Assuming the format was done in Windows 10, the data is almost certainly gone forever.

Do you know if this specific SSD model uses TRIM or not? I couldn't find TRIM in the SSD specifications, on any site. Maybe there is hope?
It's known as the Samsung pm951 or MZ-VLV5120 . Came on the market in 2016. Maybe it's old enough that TRIM was not available yet when it came out?

TRIM is usually enabled/disabled by the OS
Unfortunately - in win 10 - unless you disabled it manually, then the default is enabled
