I think you are correct Jarred. They know enough to hire sales reps who are well versed in English communication, but likely at the expense of any technical understanding. So, you are left trying to explain a technical issue to a non technical sales rep who doesn't really understand what you are saying or you try to explain to a technician who has very poor English and doesn't really understand what you are saying.
