My SSD had dual boot linux/win7 plus a shared NTFS 32GB partition for files.

SSD crucial MX200 250GB

sda1 12GB win 7 recovery partition
sda2 104MB system reserved
sda3 156GB windows 7
sda4 80GB EXT linux mint 18
sda5 32GB NTFS shared files

I accidentally ran the recovery partition wizard and it formatted the entire disk and started reinstalling windows!
The reinstall failed at the first reboot due to no OS found possibly due to GRUB.

I used a live linux USB to run testdisk analyse but it only found the new partitions for the new windows sda1, sda2, sda3
I also tried device recovery with gparted for the same outcome
I ran gpart /dev/sda3 but did not understand the output.

I do not have a spare drive so I did not clone first. I can buy one on Monday if needed.

The SSD has TRIM support. Is all my data lost?

What can I do to get the old partitions back step by step please.
