Hello,
I dropped a hard drive from a distance of approximately 60cm. As a result it stopped working and isn’t being recognized by windows. I decided to open it up and filmed what’s happening inside. Is it possible to make a diagnosis out of that behavior? Any chance I could get this to work again? Any help on how I could recover my data would be much appreciated. Thank you very much!
