Does anyone know what this chip is? I took it off an old Verizon LG cellphone. I need an adapter and cant find one online for this. The closest I found is a BGA107 but that does not work.
Yeah, I think Blizzard is correct, it's TFBGA-149. You can probably use the spider board with PC-3000 Flash if you don't want to have to do all that soldering.
