Beware of Slow PC-3000 Upgrade Activation Process

It's now been 27+ hours since I uploaded my video of destroying my UDMA card and still no activation or response to my ticket or email. So just beware that if you're doing this process too, it can take a while and you might be shut down for a few days. I thought when they said it'll be activated "shortly" they meant hours, not days.

I guess that's the only problem I have noticed with ACE Engineers. Very slow response time. You can try the live chat to remind them.

i was stuck with activation either (the new ver.)
what i did is i opened a ticket + chat (activation department) the second they started the morning and got taking care of
the problem is they are closed now until Monday
but there is an emergency phone
