You have to download the file from the drive after issuing that command using the y-modem protocol. Some terminal programs and PC-3000 can support Y-modem. Other tools such as MRT don't support it.

You'd need to then use the Y-Modem option to read the system file once the drive reports that it's ready to send the file. If you're running an older version of the software the option might not be there.
