Yeah, someone on HDDGuru already confirmed for me that the book contains nothing more than a collection of information already found on these forums.

The HDD motor balance adjustment video seems more interesting to me. Donor drive matching info is everywhere, how often do you see anyone talking about motor balance?

Someone reported that everything in that one (on motor/platter balancing) was plagiarized from HDD Guru and Deepspar forum posts.

The motor balancing video is likely just a case where they tell you to slowly tighten screws opposite each other and to keep moving around with a gradual process.

@LarrySabo - I believe that was referring to the manual about matching donor heads.
