Hi,
I am Ali, and I am new here.
I was viewing your topics for sometime.
I think you publish nearly the truth about HDD data recovery.
I have a problem, and it will be very generous from you if you guide me it to the right direction.
My HDD is TOSHIBA GAMING X300 4TB, Due to an accident (HDD has a hole in the seal between the top cover and the media made with a screwdriver).
The Gap made the HDD absorbs too much air
then it started to make clicking sound

DIY= Do It Yourself
It means it's not a job for someone who doesn't know how things works.

oh! I get it, I gave the HDD to Many specialists But they only care about the most expensive solutions, plus they don't tell me what the problem really is ?
I just want to know what is the problem, to make the right choice

I don't know what you mean to expensive....
I have made quotes of 20€ and it was expensive and made quotes of 700€ and it was cheap...
I all depends if your data is important and if you can pay for it or not. If data is not important or you can't pay, then move on....
I know there are guys out there that increase a lot their prices, but how much are they charging you?

No, what I meant that they only speak with no any kind of insurance, or reliability
My country is full of imposters & crocks some of them started from 100 usd up to 2000 usd
they say it just checking if I have that amount of money
I know it is not going to be cheap
so I want to know what is my right diagnise then set a good range to it financially

I know a Guy in Egypt. The name is Tawfeek Mokthar.

About your problem, by the way you say, you need a head swap (if it clicks), but we can't do a real diagnose without the drive in hands... Maybe also damage on the platters....
