Hi all, I recently had a case with a WD Charger family. Slim disk with stucked heads near the ramp. Unfortunately, I didn't have any tool to unstick the heads, so i just replaced them because I damaged them during exporting. Is there any commercial tool? What is your experience?

Did you have success with this case? I have also a Seagate SAS ST3300555SS which shows 0 capacity and I wonder if the whole process in Linux succeeded?
